Frequently asked questions
Plain answers about finding care, privacy of search, emergencies, and how listings work.
- How does Medirelo work?
- Describe what you need in plain language, browse suggestions with explained fit, then open a doctor or clinic profile. When online booking is available, you continue in the clinic booking flow.
- Is Medirelo free for patients?
- Using Medirelo to find and view presence pages is free. Any fees for appointments are between you and the treating clinic or practitioner.
- Does Medirelo give medical advice?
- No. Medirelo does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or triage. It helps you find and book care. For emergencies, call 000.
- What should I do in an emergency?
- Call 000 immediately or go to your nearest emergency department. Do not use Medirelo for urgent or emergency care.
- Is what I type in search stored?
- No. What you describe to find care is used transiently to match results and is not stored, logged as health information, or put in the URL.
- How are doctors listed and ordered?
- Listings reflect practitioner and clinic presence data. Ordering in discovery is based on fit to your stated need and availability — not paid placement, advertising spend, or patient reviews.
- Are registration details verified?
- Registration numbers and credentials shown on profiles are self-attested by the provider unless a profile explicitly states otherwise. Medirelo publishes provider-supplied content as supplied.
- Are reviews or ratings shown?
- No. Medirelo does not display patient reviews or star ratings on discovery or presence pages.
